Processing Time All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During peak periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 15–35 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Reign Street Co.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Reign Street Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website (UPS or USPS).

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at yanguoxiong002@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
